1. Put God in first place in your lives.

2. Return to church, because it is there that God lives (Mass).

3. Go to confession once a month.

4. Work within our hearts, so that a new spirit that comes from God might enter our hearts.

5. Persevere firmly in trials and offer all suffering to Jesus.

6. Pray within the family every day, at the beginning and at the end of the day, dedicate time to God, consecrating an hour of prayer to him.

7. Consecrate yourselves to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and to the Immaculate Heart of Mary to be protected from your enemies.

8. Forgive and ask for the grace of forgiveness, praying before the cross.

9. Read sacred scriptures, meditate every day (in silence, in the family, in prayer groups).

10. Pray the rosary every day.

11. Fasting on Wednesdays and Fridays.

12. Invitation to keep numerous sacred objects in your homes and each person should carry some blessed object with them. Bless all objects, in this way Satan will tempt you less, because you will have the necessary armour to protect yourselves from him.
